I popped into Walking Street on Saturday evening, it was very quiet.Most places were half full and there were no hoards of Chinese tourists.

Started in the Sapphire Club, which had the usual very attractive Dancers but was ery quiet,

I stayed to see all the Girls round and headed to Happy , it was also very quiet. I sat with Diana and Nok, two attractive Coyote Dancers.Happy have got things the wrong way round, all the young cute Girls are Coyote Dancers with large tops and short Rah rah Skirts, some of the Girls were very Cheeky, whilst most of the Bikini Dancers were well over 30, some will never see 35 again. Some lovely Tud's on show from the younger Girls but there was nothing to get the blood coursing through your veins. The music was good.

I stayed for a draft Beer and moved onto Angel. It was very bright with very good comfortable seating. it looked like a smaller Panda Club, everywhere I looked there were stunning slim attractive Girls. Up soi 15 Mistys have put up a sharp plastic barrier to stop people from sitting on there doorstop. Again, I don't understand this, what's wrong with people sitting outside?

Waiting for a bus a couple got on before it backed up, I said you have to wait till the driver backs up, they said how do I know? I said experience. They came from Q8. Special forces raided a Soi 6 bar and found evidence of prostitution.

The raid came after the Ronnasit Foundation went to the government watchdog Damrongtham with their suspicions and tips. The Foundation's sole aim seems to be to work with the government to identify examples of sex trafficking

It was found that sex was for sale at the bar that has 18 hostesses, one of which was underage at 17. Bar fines could be paid and the customers could take the women for sex upstairs to special rooms or away from the bar.

It was reported that the bar is owned by a consortium comprising Taiwanese, Chinese and Thai nationals.

Charges relating to human trafficking, prostitution and procurement of women for underage sex have been made.

The Soi 6 bar raid was heavily featured on national TV so certainly something just had to be done.

The chief of the Pattaya police and four of his high ranking deputies have now all been transferred. The foreign owners of the bar are all being deported and blacklisted. And the Bang Lamung district chief has ordered the bar shut for five years for damaging the image of tourism in Pattaya and Thailand.

Channel 7 reported yesterday that the Chonburi police chief Pol Maj-Gen Nanthachart Suphamongkhon had axed the acting head of the Pattaya police Pol Col Pongphan Wongmaneethet and four of his deputies. The media did not say what was their immediate fate but they said that the transfer was for allowing prostitution to go on in Pattaya.

The recently opened Romantic House A-GoGo on Soi Pattayaland 1 has been dark since 18th June. There's not going to be much passing trade in a section of the soi that is predominantly gay.

After a correcting an error on yesterday's GoGo count, there are currently 78 GoGos open around Pattaya.

Popped into Walking Street on Saturday evening, it was quite busy.

Started in Bliss A-GoGo, it was very lively with about 40 girls. There were 12 very attractive Girls in only a G-string on stage when I entered. Draft Beer Half a pint 110 Baht was good but I left most of mine.

Popped into The Shark Club on the way home, I had a coffee which was nice. The Models were on as I came in, with the acrobats, but there is a new feature that is not good, flashing lights. Popped into walking street Saturday evening, it was very quiet. The Heart Rock Pool has closed it was all in Darkness and bare concrete, everything had been cleared.

Meanwhile Angel A-GoGo is taking shape on Soi Diamond at the venue that was previously Super Girl.

I popped into Walking Street Saturday Evening, it was very quiet apart from a bar near the Pig and Whistle that had a very loud mobile disco playing.

Started in the Sapphire Club which was up to it's usual standard of Girls. Most of the Girls are around 30 but there were 3 or 4 sexy young Birds in there on Saturday, a lovely Small blonde.

I stayed to watch all the Girls round and headed for Happy . I Wasn't sure if I could walk that far but I just managed it.

The Pig and Whistle on Thapraya ROad in Jomtien is continuing but I don't know if there is a connection anymore.

 

There's a new Super Model A-GoGo taking shape on Walking Street near the Beach Road end.

Does anybody remember the previous Super Model A-GoGo? It was the first incarnation of the Soi Diamond Venue that became Gentlemen's Club and is soon to become Party Girls.

The Happy group (Happy, Peppermint and Baccara) recently put up their Barfine from 800b to 1500b crazy.

That means the price of Boom Boom is now around 5000b (£125), it only costs 50 pounds in England.

When i have been in Happy recently I've noticed a large drop off in the number of Girls going out on Barfine this move will not improve numbers.

Thais seem to have little Business sense or grasp of economics.

Romantic House A-GoGo has opened on Soi 13/3 otherwise known as Soi Pattayaland 1. It opened on 20th May at a venue that was previously a boy GoGo. It looks to be a challenging location as it is surrounded by boy bars.

Ishi reports that when he stopped by at peak hours there were four real girls in maid's costumes, but none of them were on stage.

There are now 77 bars open around Pattaya describing themselves as GoGs.

The skies were very threatening so i started in the Lighthouse which had a lot of very attractive Girls as usual. Most of the Girls were Coyote Dancers with Knickers and with a lot of Bum showing. There was no nudity.

So now there are 76 GoGos open around Pattaya.

The latter date was the eve of a Buddha day but there is no obvious reason for the Diamond closure

The builders are in at Diamond A-GoGo, giving it a complete going over.

Super Girl is still dark, so thing don't look good there.

On a more positive note the old Gentlemen's Club next door to Katoeys R Us is now being returned to life as Party Girls A-GGo.

Diamond A-GoGo has been bought by the connections of Windmill who are promising something similar but more innovative.

It is reported that Super Girl has been bought by a Chinese group and no doubt something new will appear there soon.

I popped into Walking Street on Sunday evening, the first time for 3 weeks, nothing had changed.

As I passed Mistys a Girl stopped me and asked me if i was going to Happy. I didn't recognize her but she obviously knew me. I said no to the Sapphire Club , although not without some help from the Doorman ,up the steps.

It was not very busy inside, i was surprised after the enforced Buddha day closure, there were 10 empty seats next to me at the Stage. A Chinaman came in and sat right next to me, luckily he didn't start smoking or I would have asked him to move. He had one sip of his pint of Draft and left after 10 minutes. He did leave a 6 baht tip.

There was the usual array of beautiful Girls and lovely Bums on show. There was a very attractive Blond doing great dancing, the only thing that spoilt it was that she was covered from Head to Toe in Tattoos.

Stayed to see all the dancers and paid up, the Doorman recognized me and helped me down the stairs and i headed to the Shark Club.

Luxury A-GoGo has closed on Soi 1 in North Pattaya. The venueis no sporting a prominent for sale sign.

The bar had been open since 2018 but did not seem to make much impact and hardly got a mention on the Pattaya forums.

There are now 78 GoGos operating around Pattaya.

Isho reports that in fact the bar had given up on GoGo dancing about a month after opening. It had changed format to being a Chinese (and Korean) bar. About a month before it closed it had tried to become a host bar targeted at female customers, but that didn't pan out either.

There is new GoGo taking shape at the southern end of Soi Buakhao. It is not confirmed what format it will be but there hasn't been a GoGo in the area since a GoGo called Paradise which closed in 2010.

The old Office A-GoGo on Soi LK Metro is in progress to become something else. The old signage has now been taken away but it looks set to remain as an A-GoGo.

One of the more well known beers bars of Soi 7/Soi 8 is on the move again. It started out on Soi 7 and moved to its current location on Soi 8. It has now posted an announcement saying it will move to the newly re-built complex on the soi linking SOo 7 and Soi 8.

The end of April has been noted as the start of low season. And this year it is marked with a series of bar closures around Pattaya.

Bailey's was a coyote dancing bar on Soi 7.It went dark on 20th April directly after Songkran. It had been operating since November 2015.

JD Bar had closed earlier on Soi 8

Tuk Beer Bar has closed on Soi 13/1 (Soi Yamato).

Rich Bar on Soi Buakhao has closed. It has been running a long but also has been sporting a for sale sign for a long time.

Thanya Club has closed at the Treet Town bar area of Soi Buakhao.

But not to worry, no doubt the next post will be about new bars rising from the ashes.

I popped into Walking Street Last night it was very quiet.

Started in the Doll House it was fairly lively with some nice Girls on view, half wearing Rah Rah Skirts with nothing underneath and half Coyote Dancers. Some very nice Pussies on show. Finished the Evening in Baccara which was very busy. The music was good but much too loud. The ShowGirls came on but they weren't very good. The Best Frend beer bar complex near Wlaking Street end of Beach Road has closed. Its been around a long time but had been running with just 3 or 4 bars open as I last walked by. Once the complex boasted a boxing ring and an A-GoGo (Blue Lagoon).

Popped into walking street on Sunday Night, it was very quiet.

Started in the Lighthouse which was really Buzzing as usual. There was 1 naked Dancer called Bee and three topless Girls. Bee has Fantastic Body and skin. The Girls that were in were attractive stayed for one drink and moved on to the Shark Club which had plenty of Girls but the Aircon could not cope with the heat again. The music was very loud and very horrible. Apparently it's called Latino and is taking over Walking Street. Only the Happy group are still playing the traditional A-go-go music. If this trend continues i'll be moving to L K Metro.

I stayed for one pint of Draft Lager and moved on to Happy ,which was really Buzzing. No shortage of Girls there, in fact there were too many Girls for my friend Paul. All his Girlfriends were in, luckily 3 of them were already with punters, so Paul just sat with 2 Girls from Beach Club and Shark club.  I was sitting with Mae from Happy.

A Thai Girl was climbing on the Stage and throwing hundreds of Twenties in the air which got the Girls screaming. Nook who is in her 30's was complaining about all the 20 yr olds but that's what Happy needed, an injection of youth. Paul made a date for Wednesday with the Girl  from beach club. Stayed for one Draft beer and headed home up soi 15 where we bumped into Viking. He said he was open on Friday night and did a roaring trade as there were only 3 agogo's open.

I stopped by for my first visit to this Soi Post Office bar in the late afternoon.

It is quite a well laid out bar with mostly bench seating around three sides of the central stage. It definitely looked the part for an afternoon GoGo but was perhaps in a little better nick than the others. The stage is a little too high though, and the dancers' faces get lost in the distance.

The GoGo was quite popular compared with other afternoon venues. There were about 8 dancers, 2 waitresses and about half a dozen customers.

There were 2 or 3 decent looking dancers in the team and the rest weren't putting customers off either.

Far East Rock is never the most interactive of the Soi 13 venues. The girls seemed more interested in the gossip of their little huddle than bothering much with the customers. There was once dancer sitting with customers and one of the waitresses was also doing good work taking care of a customer.

Popped into Walking Street on Friday Evening. When we got to the Second Road it was lined with Water Barrels ready for the start of Songkran on Saturday.

Walking down Soi 14 the new Scooters Bar was open, there were a lot of very attractive Girls in Short and tight fitting Union Jack Dresses. They were playing Waterloo Sunset by the Kinks as I walked past, must be the only place in Walking Street playing old pop music?

Everywhere was very busy, started in the Lighthouse, only about 20 Girls but all of them very attractive, 2 Naked Girls and 5 Topless. I sat with 2 very slim Girls, one short Som, and 1 Tall Spy. Always an enjoyable visit.

I stayed for 2 very nice Draft Beers and passed into the Panda Club which was packed. Got a seat next to the DJ. Office A-GoGo on Soi LK Metro went dark on 10th April. There is a notice of the door announcing that the venue is now under new management and will reopen on 3rd of May. This new management seems to be that of Kink A-GoGo in the same soi.

So until the 3rd of May there are now 79 GoGos operating around Pattaya.

Rich A-GoGo has opened on Walking Street at the venue that was previously Mandarin.

It was reported that there was no draft beer so that's a bit rich.

There are now 80 bars open around Pattaya claiming to be GoGos.

Walking Street's Hidden A-GoGo closed on 7th April. Its seems that licensing issues were behind the closure as the local council has a policy of no more GoGo licences on the seaward side of Walking Street. The same issues previously saw the end of Maxim and Marilyn Monroe at the same location.

Bypass A-GoGo has also closed on Walking Street. It closed on 6th April with a notice suggesting that its girls many now be found at Light House. However it seems that Runway may be a better bet if you are trying to track them down.

On a slightly more positive note, Catwalk A-GoGo opened on 5th April at the upstairs Soi 15 venue above New Star A-GoGo (It was previously News Star Massage). It is part of the Airport group and is a pussy tricks venue for tourists.

In a somewhat counter intuitive idea for for naming bars, someone has been inspired by the seven deadly sins and has opened two new bars on Soi 6 named Wrath and Avarice .

Avarice opened on the 1st April 2019 whilst Wrath followed 5 days later at the venue that was previously Kiss Kool at the Beach Road end of the soi.

The bars belong to the Nightwish Group along with Lust, Passion and Envy . Maybe there are future plans for Gluttony, Jealousy, Sloth, and Pride.

I popped into Walking Street on Saturday night, it was very Quiet.

Started in the Sapphire Club which was very quiet only about 20 punters till about 10-15pm when it started to fill out a bit. The usual array of Sexy Girls on show, with a few stunners.
